We are happy to accept returns for a store credit!
You have 10 days to mail and return an item for a store credit from the delivery date. We do not issue refunds on our merchandise! You can exchange for another item/size, if the item is still in stock.
Items must be unworn and in original condition including tags attached. They must be free of perfume or any signs of washing or wear. Shoes can be returned for a store credit as long as they are unworn and in the original box.
Sale items over 20% off, jewelry, undergarments (including bralettes, bandeaus, swimwear, etc.) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned! All items under the Sale Tab are final sale.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item looks worn, tags are not attached, or your item was sent to us late. Please include your invoice/receipt with your package so we know what order it belongs to!

Items will be shipped 1-3 business days after your purchase. We ship through USPS or UPS so you should receive your package within 3-7 business days from the shipping date depending on where you're located. You will receive a tracking number to your email when your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order please email customer service at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless it is an error on OUR part. Please make sure you enter your shipping or delivery address correctly because we are not able to change the address once it has shipped.
If you think the mail service has lost your package, please contact USPS or UPS and submit a Lost or Stolen Item claim. We have no control over your package once it is in their hands!
LOCAL PICKUP: Perry, FL
Free Local pickup is available in Perry, FL! You can select local pickup if you want to pickup your order. Orders can be picked up at 100 Forest Circle, Perry FL 32347. You will receive a ready for pickup notification and more details for pickup info to your email when your order is ready!
Delivery Option in Perry, FL:
This option is available to the Perry, Florida area ONLY! Please only select this option if you live in the city limits. If you have a Perry zip code, the delivery option should come up so choose that at checkout!
Haley will make all deliveries on her own schedule once a week and will deliver to the shipping address you provided at checkout. If you select this option and DO NOT live in Perry, Florida, then your package may be cancelled or delayed. Please make sure your address is entered correctly. If you would like to have it dropped off somewhere specific please leave that info in the notes/delivery instruction area.
If you need to exchange or return something it is your responsibility to get the items back to the us within our return policy or ship them back to us. We are not responsible for any return costs. Please also keep in mind that Haley usually delivers all of her deliveries once a week so if you want to receive an item faster, please pay for shipping or choose pickup!
