Not loving your new items?
We are happy to accept returns for a store credit!
You have 10 days to mail and return an item for a store credit from the delivery date. We do not issue refunds on our merchandise!
Items must be unworn and in original condition including tags. They must be free of perfume or any signs of washing. Shoes can be returned for a store credit as long as they are unworn and in the original box.
Sale items, jewelry, undergarments (including bralettes, bandeaus, swimwear, etc.) are FINAL SALE!

Items will be shipped 1-3 business days after purchase. We ship through USPS so you should receive your package within 3-7 business days from the shipping date. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Store Pickup Info:
If you choose to pickup your items in store instead of having shipped, please select STORE PICKUP at checkout. You may receive an email saying your item has been fulfilled and shipped without a tracking number, however it has NOT shipped to you. This email just notifies you that we have packed up your order and your order is ready. We will give you a phone call to the number you provided at checkout letting you know your items are ready to be picked up. Most orders will be ready the next day!

Delivery/Pickup Option in Perry, FL:
This option is available to the Perry, Florida area ONLY! Our associate Haley will make deliveries on her own schedule after business hours. Haley will contact you via Facebook or through the email address/phone number you placed your order with to give you your package, or she will deliver to the shipping address you provided at checkout. If you select this option and DO NOT live in Perry, Florida, then your package may be cancelled or delayed. Please keep in mind this option is a one time FREE service- if you need to exchange or return something it is your responsibility to get the items back to the store within our return policy or ship them back to us.
